Europasta

An axis of growth for the Cerealis Group

Europasta was founded in 2002 as a manufacturer of pasta products in the Czech Republic. After a process of mergers and acquisitions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Europasta undergoes a significant expansion, and in 2010 it opens its capital to strategic investors, major European manufacturers of pasta products. Following adjustments of shareholder structure, currently Cerealis Produtos Alimentares holds 33.33% of Europasta's share capital. Today, Europasta has a production capacity of about 100,000 tonnes per year in two manufacturing centres in the Czech Republic (Litovel and Borsov nad Vltavou) and through a subsidiary company operating in Slovakia, Ideál Slovakia. Europasta has been significantly active on the innovation, brand repositioning and sales expansion fronts and is now a important producer of pasta products in Central and Eastern Europe. In this process, it is worth mentioning the renewal of the Adriana brand, positioned as a specialist, 100% durum-wheat, urban and contemporary product competing for the highest quality standards in these markets, which are an axis of growth for the Cerealis Group.
